TED Talk–Does Having Options Make Us Happier?

Today we are posting an interesting TED Talk (the acronym TED stands for: Technology, Education, and Design) from psychologist Barry Schwartz. He talks about the idea of “freedom of choice” and how having too many options may not always be a good thing. This is an insightful talk about happiness in modern society and well worth 12 minutes.

There is a transcript below so you can read along with the lecture and a short listening comprehension quiz at the end. Enjoy and Happy Monday!
